Great for fin swimming races. They use the cone shaped foot pockets from the WaterWay Glide monofins, which are very massive (around 2 lbs. each), but positively buoyant in water. These massive foot pockets together with the wing and blade design generate so much thrust that my mask flew off on the first try. Significantly improved my performance (used in 50m sprint + 100-200 races). Wing structure keeps the fins stable no matter how hard you kick. Awesome!
