Great Improvement

I'm a beginner in apnea diving and in my mid 50s. I had started with regular fins and was doing alright ... but when I received these, the improvement was evident: much more speed under water with less effort and more time holding breath. Now, after few weeks, I'm able to stay in the water for up to three hours without getting my legs tired, doing as much as 4-5Km along the coast.
Following other's buyers directions, fitting was perfect, using 3mm neoprene socks. They are tight but soft on the feet.
I dimd't know what flex to order for my lack of experience, so I played safe and order medium; perfect choice!.
Also, delivery was quite fast considering they came from far away.
Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase.

Fins on steroids

I would say you can't go wrong with leaderfins.
What can be better if you are getting punch of carbon at the cost of plastic fins.
I tested them and found them quantum improvement over my Picasso powerfins.
Footpocket is very comfortable and the size turn out to be perfect.

Surprisingly fast delivery (to New Zealand).
Rather impressed with fin performance. Taking the knocks well (I spend a lot of time in caves etc) . Very comfortable foot pocket and I had no issue with sizing. I have the medium stiffness and find I can spend hours in the water with no fatigue. Very very happy.

fantastic value form money

Super comfy fin pockets that fit like a glove. Medium flex carbon composite blades took some getting used to but loving them now. With a slightly adjusted, less energy consuming finning technique I'm pushing deeper dives and extending my bottom time. Overall stoked with these products, fantastic value form money.
Good blades, marginal foot pockets

I liked the blades, their stiffness gradient along the entire length. Rails on the sides are also good.
Foot pockets are too large for the size (EU49-50) and their tendons are not stiff enough, so, I replaces them with Cressi foot pockets. I think the sizing issue should be indicated on the web site, especially considering that sending foot pockets back for exchange is expensive for US customers.

Great stuff

I bought these fins with medium stiffness over a month ago and I love them. For me, these fins are a big improvement over much stiffer Gara 2000HF which I used before. There is much less strain on my ankles and my legs don't get tired as quickly either. I normally do beach entries and sometimes they involve long surface swims. Garas are really hard to use on the surface compared to Leaderfins. I don't think I will return to my Garas anytime soon.

This is may first Carbon.Tested in pools, lake and will be in ocean. Sofar as described and very powerful. Thank you.
