I swim a mile a day in either our pool or the local college’s. As I age my neck is getting stiffer and this has allowed me to continue my passion without having to breath to the side.

Having herniated disck on my had make swimming painful when turning my neck, not any more after using the powerbreather. I swim better and longer !
