The monofin arrived perfectly. They took much care in the package. It was comfortable. Neoprene lined. And definitely go with your shoe size when picking freediving orientation!
TIP: The monofin heavy duty bag is DEFINITELY worth it, if not necessary. This thing is HUGE.
Now let's talk about the customer service. Can I just say I emailed them back and forth a million times and asked endless questions to figure out what I needed and they patiently and quickly replied (within the day!) to all of my emails? They were so incredibly helpful! YOU GUYS ROCK! I will ONLY be buying from here from now on. Thanks so much!!!

Excellent price/quality ratio

I bought this monofin, waterway model 2 with medium stiffness, because it was suggested by an expert monofin diver in my club.
I'm really satisfied by this monofin. I'm still a beginner with monofin, but I can anyway appreciate the blade stiffness, which is just perfect for my body, as I tried several other monofins before buying this.
The best point in my opinion is the foot pocket.
It is incredibly comfortable because they put a lot of neoprene inside, it seems basically to have shoes at your feet.
The service also was perfect for this order.
They answered promptly to all my mails and the order arrived at destination in a reasonable time.
The only improvement I see in the service, but it's not a remark, it's just a suggestion, is to give customers suggestions on the foot pocket size to choose when buying a product like this, taking into account their foot size and the fact that they want to use socks or not.
In conclusion, I think the product I bought is a really excellent price/quality ratio, and the service also is very good.
