Return Policy
Nothing makes us happier than a school of happy Freediver Shop customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an awesome product and customer experience, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. With that said, here are some things you might want to know...
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours from placing the order.
- You may return most new, unopened items which are not made to order within 14 days of delivery – with original packaging for a full refund or store credit. No questions asked! No restocking fees! We'll also pay the return shipping costs and refund the original shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- You may exchange size or send for adjustment all items within 30 days of delivery – so long as the item is in new condition, we will make the exchange to a different size or adjustment work without any additional costs. We'll also pay the shipping costs both ways if the exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect size, wrong color etc.).
- Your order is covered by our shipping and delivery guarantee. In case your order is confirmed lost or damaged in transit we will quickly send a replacement or provide a full refund for any affected items from your order.
If you need to send an item for exchange or return, please email [email protected] or contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange or return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, please take a photo of the original packaging (including the box the order was shipped in) so we may follow up with our shipper if needed. We will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
We will cover all shipping costs in any case of return or exchange resulting from our error (incorrect or defective item supplied, etc.). In all other cases buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, original shipping cost is non-refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks from the time the returned item was delivered back to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 working days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days). PayPal refunds are instant and are processed within 3 to 5 working days.
