Made from 3mm neoprene with an open-cell / nylon interior and black nylon / smoothskin exterior this vest is great for improving thermal insulation in the winter and in cold waters. The vest can be worn under or over your wetsuit in cold environments or as a light wetsuit top in warmer waters.
